When the high-pressure oil pipe needs to be bent, the bending radius should not be too small and should be greater than 9 times the outer diameter. There should be a straight section at the connection between the high-pressure oil pipe and the joint that is greater than twice the outer diameter of the pipe.
When installing the high-pressure oil pipe, it should be avoided to be in a tight state. Even if there is no relative movement between the two ends of the high-pressure oil pipe, the hose should be kept loose. The tensioned high-pressure oil pipe will expand and its strength will decrease under pressure.
3. Do not twist the high-pressure oil pipe during installation. Slight twisting of the high-pressure oil pipe may reduce its strength and loosen the joint. When assembling, the joint should be tightened on the high-pressure oil pipe instead of tightening the high-pressure oil pipe on the joint.
4. The layout of high-pressure oil pipes should avoid heat sources as much as possible and be kept away from the engine exhaust pipe. When necessary, casing or protective screen devices can be used to prevent the high-pressure oil pipe from deteriorating due to heat.
5. In areas where high-pressure oil pipes need to cross or may rub against mechanical surfaces during operation, protective devices such as high-pressure oil pipe clamps or springs should be used to prevent damage to the outer layer of the hose.
