If the fuel injector assembly is not installed properly, the centerline of the joint cavity and the horn head will tilt too much, and the nuts will generate significant external stress after tightening, causing damage to the high-pressure hose joint.

Reduce resonance: The large span of the high-pressure hose causes strong high-frequency vibration of the high-pressure hose due to the opening and closing of the injector needle valve during diesel engine operation, which is one of the important reasons for the damage of the high-pressure hose. Therefore, clamps can be used to fix the middle part of the high-pressure hose to adjacent bolts and other fixing devices to reduce resonance. Reasonable adjustment: Make the injection pressure of the syringe meet the requirements of the user manual, and the stainless steel metal hose can prevent the high-pressure hose from breaking due to excessive injection pressure. When adjusting the fuel supply advance angle, do not push the high-pressure hose. Emergency response: If the high-pressure hose joint leaks, a soft metal or plastic sheet can be cut into a small circular ring, placed in the joint cavity, and then pressed onto the horn head. Alternatively, a fuse and cotton thread can be wrapped around the shoulder several times in the tightening direction, and then the joint nut can be tightened; When needed, apply soap or paste like bubble gum, maltose, etc. On the nut seat.

When installing high-pressure hoses, try to avoid heat sources and stay away from the engine exhaust pipe. When necessary, a sleeve or protective net can be used to prevent the hose from deteriorating due to heat. When high-pressure hoses need to pass through or may rub against mechanical surfaces during operation, protective devices such as hose clamps or springs should be used to prevent damage to the outer layer of the high-pressure hose. When a high-pressure hose needs to be bent, the bending radius should not be too small and should be greater than 9 times the outer diameter. The connection between the high-pressure hose and the joint should have a straight pipe section that is twice the outer diameter of the pipeline.

When installing high-pressure hoses, it is important to avoid being in a tight state. Even if there is no relative movement between the two ends of the hose, the hose should be kept loose. Tightened hoses will expand under pressure, reducing their strength. Do not twist the high-pressure hose during installation. Slight twisting of high-pressure hoses may reduce their strength and loosen their joints. When assembling, the joints should be tightened onto the hose instead of the hose.
