Issues to be noted in the application and design of high-pressure hoses
The following points should be noted in the use and design of high-pressure hoses:
1. The bending radius of high-pressure hoses should not be too small, and generally should not be less than the values specified in the "Technical Characteristics of High Pressure Hose Assemblies". The connection between the high-pressure hose assembly and the pipe joint should have a straight section, and the length of this section should not be less than twice the outer diameter of the pipe.
2. The length of the high-pressure hose assembly should take into account that the length of the high-pressure hose will shrink and deform after being filled with pressure oil, with a typical shrinkage of 3-4% of the pipe length. Therefore, when installing the high-pressure hose assembly, it is not allowed to be in a taut state.
3. The high-pressure hose assembly should not undergo any changes or deformations during installation. The joint axis of the high-pressure hose should be placed as close as possible to the moving plane to prevent damage to the high-pressure hose when both ends move together.
4. High pressure hoses should be prevented from coming into contact and rubbing against sharp corners on machinery to prevent pipe damage.
